阿尔巴卡顺毛呢手感柔和丰满,富有良好弹性,其外观膘光十足,给人以华贵之感,深受人们青睐。文章从原料选用、纺纱、织造、后整理各工序,全面介绍分析了生产阿尔巴卡顺毛呢的工艺设计要点,并深入讨论了生产中应注意的问题。提出采用精纺粗做的工艺方法解决驼羊毛和丝光羊毛可纺性能差而造成的纺纱困难等一系列问题,大大降低了生产成本,提高了产品质量。
Alpaca woolen fleece is soft, plentiful, having good elasticity and a glossy surface. It is magnificent and expensive feeling. This article introduced the working procedures from selecting raw materal, spinning, weaving and finishing. It also analysed the problems should be attention in the process. Using fine spinning technology to produce woolen fabrics, it can resolve the issue of Alpaca wool and mercerized wool, reduce the cost and improve the product quality.
