摘要
为研究乳酸链球菌素(nisin)与四乙酸乙二胺(EDTA)联合作用对产毒性大肠杆菌抑菌作用,采用定量抑菌试验方法,进行了实验室抑菌试验.结果,含量为0.05~1.0 mg/ml单独nisin和0.02~0.1 mol/ml单独EDTA对产肠毒素大肠杆菌基本无抑菌作用.将nisin以0.05~1.0 mg/ml分成9个浓度组分别与0.1 mol/L的EDTA混合进行协同作用,各浓度组都对该株大肠杆菌产生较明显的抑制作用,各处理组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01).在EDTA浓度不变的条件下,随着nisin浓度的增加和作用时间延长,抑菌效果明显增强.结论,nisin和EDTA分别单独作用对产肠毒素大肠杆菌没有抑制作用,nisin与EDTA联合作用具有明显抑制作用,但抑菌谱较窄.
In order to study the inhibitory effect of combination of nisin and ethylene diaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) on enterotoxin Escherichia coil (ETEC), quantitative bacteriostatic test method was used to carry out laboratory bacteriostatic test. Results : Nisin 0.05 ~ 1.0 mg/ml alone and EDTA 0.02~0.1 mol/ml alone essentially had no inhibitory effect on ETEC. Nisin 0.05 ~ 1.0 mg/ml was divided into 9 concentration groups, each of which was mixed with EDTA 0.1 mol/L and used to carry out synergetic action test. Each concentration group had obvious inhibitory effect on this strain of E. coil and had significant difference compared with positive control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Under condition of unchanged EDTA concentration, the bacteriostatic efficacy increased obviously with increasing nisin concentration and prolonging contact time. Conclusions: Nisin or EDTA alone had no inhibitory effect on ETEC and their combination had obvious bacteriostatic effect, but the bacteriostatic spectrum is narrow.
