摘要
本文试图探讨人力资本与产业结构的协同发展规律,以人力资本为起点推进产业结构调整,以经济发展与产业结构调整促进人口素质的提高,最终实现经济发展与社会进步相协调,以此促进经济的可持续发展。
The thesis try to discuss the cooperating development of human capital and industrial structure. How to promote the development of industrial structure basing on human capital, how to advance the population＇s diathesis depending on economy development and industrial structure, at last to realize the cooperating development of economy and sociality , so that it can promote the sustainable development of economy.
