摘要
企业资源规划(ERP)导入的管理,关系ERP系统的成功与否,本研究即以ERP系统导入过程为探讨主题,找出ERP导入过程的关键成功因素,以了解在关键成功因素上实务面的具体做法。此外,在ERP的导入过程中,使用企业、软件供货商与顾问三者皆为重要角色。本文通过对中国铝业山东分公司个案研究发现,“高阶管理者的支持”及“项目用人”是最重要的关键成功因素,次重要的因素有“使用者的接受”、“企业流程与软件设定”和“监督与回馈”。
Whether ERP working well depends on the management of the system introducing. The study is focused on ERP introducing process, finds out success factors (CSF) of implementing ERP so that the practice of successfully implementing ERP can be known. Besides, in the process of implementing the ERP system, the user and supplier as well as the consultant are all very important to the success. Based on Shandong Branch of CHALCO the study finds out that the support of administrator and principal of the project are most important factors. Among the other factors, are the acceptance of the user, the flow sheet and the software setting as well as the monitoring and feedback.
