摘要
为评价晚期尿毒症患者左心室功能,用平衡法门电路心室显像测定30例正常人和37例尿毒症患者左心室收缩与舒张功能。结果表明,尿毒症忠者,即使没有心功能不全的征象,其收缩功能及舒张功能也明显低于正常组(P<0.01);尿毒症合并高血压患者如伴有相角程延长,则提示病情危重,预后不良。因此,核素心室显像可以客观评价尿毒症忠者左心室功能,有利于治疗及判断预后。
PURPOSE To evaluate the left ventrieular function of severe uremia by equilibrium radionuclide ventriculo- graphy.METHODS 37 patients with severe uremia and 30 normal controls were studied by gated cardiac blood pool imaging and the left ventricular systolic and diastolic parameters were analysed.RESULTS The parameters of systolic and diastolic function were lower in patients than those in controls (P<0.01),even though there was no sign of cardiac insufficiency.The phase shift prolongation was a dangerous sign in uremic patients with hypertension.CONCLUSIONS Radionuclide ventriculography is useful to evaluate the cardiac function in uremia,and also helpful for treatment and prognosis of the disease.
