摘要
介绍了预测微生物学模型数据库的获得,及利用微生物学数学模型对冷鲜肉销售的货架期进行了预测,通过实验对预测结果进行了对比,比较说明在建模范围内预测值具有较高的可信度。
The method to eonstruct the databank to establish the predictive microbiology model, which was applied in estimating the shelf life of chilled meat, was introduced. The predictive value by the model has a high credibility with the detected results in the experiment in rang of oonditions, which the model was established.
