摘要
目的 探讨穿透性角膜移植术（PKP）后继发性青光眼患者的有效护理措施。
方法 对31例PKP后继发性青光眼患者做好支持性心理护理，建立良好护患关系，做好并发症的观察和护理，给予科学的健康教育。
结果 31例青光眼患者中22例经药物治疗后眼压正常；9例接受了手术治疗，6例术后眼压得到控制，3例眼压仍高。
结论 系统完善的护理措施、有效的心理疏导、科学的健康教育是提高手术疗效、减少并发症的重要条件。
Aim To investigate the effective nursing intervention of secondary glaucoma after penetrating keratoplasty （PKP）.
Methods 31 cases of secondary glaucoma after PKP were given supporting psychological nursing and observation and nursing of complications and offered scientific healthy education nurse - patient relationship.
Results The intraocular through establishment of good pressure （IOP） of 22 cases became normal after treatment with drugs. 9 cases received operations , in which 6 cases had normal lOP and 3 cases kept high ones.
Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention, effective psychological are significant complications. guidance and scientific healthy education in raising operative effects and reducing
