摘要
初步研究发现,农田喷洒盖草能使土壤动物类群数和个体数均发生显著变化:施盖草能后一天个体数急剧减少,但十天后数量稍微恢复;而类群数在施盖草能一天后和十天后连续减少。优势类群中线虫类对盖草能污染的恢复能力较弹尾类强。土壤动物群落多样性指数H在施盖草能一天后升高,十天后显著下降;DG指数变化趋势为未施盖草能群落>施盖草能后一天>施盖草能后十天。喷洒盖草能使土壤动物的表聚性减弱,其中,优势类群表现特别明显。
A primary study shows that soil animal communities change greatly in kinds and amounts after Haloxyfop-r-methyl pollution. Individual number decreases sharply with in one day after spraying Haloxyfop-r-methyl, return to a low level after ten days, and kinds reduce continuously. Diversity index H increases in one day and decreases sharply in ten day,while DG index decreases continuously (DG index of soil animal community of no Haloxyfop-r-methyl pollution〉 that in one day spraying Haloxyfop-r- methyl〉that of ten days after spraying Haloxyfop-r-methyl). The surface aggregation also weakens, especially the dominance species.
