摘要
本文报告62例带状疱疹患者中的11例有肝功能异常,与对照组比较并经统计学分析,表明带状疱疹引起肝功能损害的机会明显高于其它皮肤病。提示带状疱疹病毒可经血行播散,引起一过性带状疱疹性肝炎,具有一定的临床意义。
The article reported 62 cases herpes zoster, 11 of the suffered from hepatitis. These cases were compared with the group of comparison, and analyzes by statistics. The result is that the chance of hepatitis, of herpes zoster is higher than other dermatosis and zoster hepatitis might be caused by hematogenous disseminated virus. This have some clinic sence.
