摘要
目的:研究人工合成的尿毒素三肽(H-His-Gly-Lys-OH和H-His-Gly-Glu-OH)对异位移植心肌移植排斥的影响。方法:将C57BL/6J新生乳鼠的半心移植到Balb/c成年小鼠耳后皮肤夹囊内,记录移植心肌电位的变化作为判别心肌存活的指标。结果:尿毒素三肽能显著延长异位移植心肌组织的存活时间。氢化可的松和尿毒肽的混合作用比单独给予尿毒素肽或氢化可的松作用强,并存在协同效应。结论:尿毒素三肽具有抑制小鼠异位移植心肌排斥的作用。氢化可的松和尿毒素三肽可协同延长异位移植心肌组织的存活时间。
Objective:This study was undertaken to test the influence of urotoxin tripeptide(UTP)on host versus graft reaction;Methods;new bron C57BL mice donar hearts tissue were transplanted into adult Balb/c mice on ears.The ECG of graft was recorded to judge the survival of heterotopic cardiac tissue,Results:UTP significantly prolonged survivaI time of graft.The action of the mixture of UTP and hdrocortisone were more potent than that of UTP or hydrocortisone alone。Conclusion:UTP has inhibitory effects on host versus graft reaction,UTP and hydrocortisone combination therapy exerts a synergetic action on the survivaI time of heterotopic transplanted cardiac tissue.
