以方剂寒热配伍的应用实例分析为主线,探讨了方剂学的寒热配伍。论述了脏腑寒热错杂的病机,寒热配伍的功效作用是寒热配伍的依据。阐述了寒热配伍与五味、升降浮沉的不同组方形式。旨在指导临床正确运用寒热配伍和遣方用药。
This article illustrates clinical prescriptions as the main stream to probe into the compatibility of cold and heat drugs in prescriptions and discusses the complex mechanisms of cold and heat in the viscera. The efficacy of the compatibility of cold and heat drugs is the proof and basic of compatibility. It elucidates the various combinations and compatibility among the five main tastes and the tendency the drugs are intended to produce,for the purpose of providing guidance to the correct application of compatibility of cold and heat drugs in prescriptions.
