摘要
采用半连续种子乳液聚合技术和预乳化工艺制备了核壳型丙烯酸树脂乳液。重点讨论了壳层单体加入方式、乳化剂用量及其在核壳层中的分配比例、搅拌速度、交联单体等因素对乳液聚合稳定性的影响,并简要介绍了其控制方法。
Acrylic resin emulsion with core-shell structure was prepared by means of semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization and pre-emulsification technology. Effects of shell-monomer addition modes, emulsifier content and its mass ratio in core and shell, speed of agitation and cross-linking monomers on stability of emulsion polymerization were discussed emphatically and its control means were also briefed.
