摘要
目的:观察2-(E)-取代苯亚甲基-5-二甲氨甲基环戊酮(MB4)的抗炎镇痛及对胃黏膜的刺激作用。方法:对小鼠分别局部涂搽二甲苯致鼠耳肿胀,腹腔注射醋酸致扭体反应,灌胃给药致胃黏膜的刺激作用。结果:MB420mg/kg、40mg/kg对鼠耳肿胀度均有抑制作用(P<0.05和P<0.01),明显提高小鼠痛阈(P<0.01),但未见明显的胃刺激作用。结论:MB4具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用,且对胃黏膜刺激性小。
Objective： To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of 2-（ E）-（ un ）substituted benzylidene-5- dimetbylamido-cyclopentanone （MB4 ） and its irritating effect on gastrointestinal tract. Methods： Local besmear with xylene induced swelling of mice ear and the mice writhing caused by intrapefitoneal injection acetic acid ,the irritability of gastric mucous membrane by using intragastric administration. Results：MB4 （20mg/kg,40mg/kg） may inhibit the swelling of mice ear induced by xylene（ P 〈 0. 05 and P 〈 0.01 ） , reduce writhing amount （ P 〈 0.01 ）, but its irritating effect on gastrointestinal tract was slighter than that of indomethacin. Conclusions ： MB4 possess anti-inflammation and analgesic actions, but its irritative effects of gastric mucous membrane are small.
