摘要
新时期高教改革与发展,使就业问题日益突出,各种矛盾及待解决。其对策是以科学发展观为指导,优化学校培养模式;以职业规划为切入点,完善学生职业教育;以全面指导为目标,提高就业指导人员素质。
The reform and development of college in a new era makes the employment issue more and more noticeable and various contradictions need solving. The author argues that the solutions include optimizing colleges＇ talents training pattern guided by the scientific development outlook, improving students＇ vocational education by taking the vocational layout as the threshold, and improving the quality of employment instructors by taking overall instruction as the goal.
