摘要 用k-ε湍流模型对无叶蜗壳内的三维湍流场进行了数值模拟,给出了模拟计算结果,并与实测流场作了比较,两者的分布规律吻合.分析了三维湍流场的流动特性,指出了流场的不均匀特征对涡轮效率的影响. Numerical simulation of the three-dimensional turbulent flow field inside a nozzleless volute of a centripetal turbine is described. It is based on the governing equations of flow in an orthogonal curvilinear coordinate system, k-ε turbulence model and the SIMPLE algorithm. The calculation results coincide quite well with the measurements results in flow characteristics and velocity distribution. The results show that although the volute is designed under the assumption that the flow is distributed uniformly along the peripheral direction and with the one-dimensional flow theory, neither the actual distribution nor the flow direction angle α1 is uniform. The effects of such non-uniformity on the work done on each blade by flow and on the flow efficiency in the impeller are discussed.
