摘要
本文综述了组织培养在林木种质资源保存、杂交育种、单倍体育种、诱变育种与抗性育种、良种繁育等方面的应用现状,展望了组织培养在林业中的广阔应用前景,并分析讨论了组织培养过程中存在的主要问题。
This paper summarized the application of tissue culture in the conservation of germplasm resources, hybridization, haploid breeding, inducement breeding, resistant breeding as well as the fine strains reproduction of forest tree. The prospect of the application of the tissue culture in forestry was described.
