摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法对中国竞走运动项目进行了全面分析,以期为教练员、科研人员和运动员提供有益的参考。研究认为:中国竞走项目是我国田径运动中的优势项目,近些年我国运动员的运动成绩有了显著的提高;中国竞走运动员应该在竞争激烈的国际赛场上正确的运用、理解技术动作,实现技术动作方面的国际化;掌握竞走项目的制胜规律,合理的进行科学训练是取得优异成绩的有力保障;重视运动员的战术和心理训练是确保运动员取得比赛优胜的关键。
This article analysis the status of Chinese race walking team generally, using docamentary research, questionnaire and interview, which can offer coach, athletes, and scientific researchers reference basis for their researching and training. The main consequences are as： The Chinese speed walking is a superiority item in China, the performances had been improved evidently in recent years; Chinese race walking athletes should perform and comprehend technical action in the fury international competition, in order to realize it＇s internationalization; grasp the key rules of race walking, perform the scientific training will ensure the good performance; Pay more attention to the tactic and psychology training will play a key role in the good result.
