摘要
高等教育的发展对实验室的建设与管理提出了更高的要求．要建立多层次的为教学服务的而又独立于课堂教学的实验教学基地必须打破过去由教研室管辖的以＇教研室所有制＂形式存在的封闭式结构，因此，加强实验室建设与管理体制改革势在必行．
The rapid developments of higher education have rased much higher demands on the construction and management of laboratory, in order to set up several levels of experiment course teaching bases which normany serve the ordinary teaching activities in classroom. But its management system is independent of reaching management system. As a result, the traditional closed lab management system. that is. The laborarory is managed by and also belongs. to the teaching and research section, should be broken up; Strengthening the laboratory construction and reforming the management system are bound to be put in action.
