摘要
用汤逊脉冲法测量了SF6/N2混合气体的有效电离系数、电子漂移速度和电子扩散系数.分析了激光脉宽对电流波形测量的影响,并提出了对测得的电流波形进行校正的方法.
The effective ionization coefficient, electron drift velocity, and difussion coefficient were measured in SF 6/N 2 gas mixtures using the pulsed Townsend method. The effect of the FWHM of the laser pulse on the current measurment was analyzed, and a method for correcting the measured current wave form was proposed. The limiting E/P values of SF 6/N 2 gas mixtures obtained by using the proposed method are in good agreement with those reported by other investigators.
