超声诊断急性胆源性胰腺炎的价值被引量：1

摘要目的探讨急性胆源性胰腺炎的超声诊断价值。方法应用超声检查32例急性胆源性胰腺炎患者,并对其声像图表现进行分析,同时与手术病理结果对照。结果已手术的28例中,超声诊断与手术病理相符合者27例,符合率96.4%,误诊1例(3.6%);4例经非手术治疗,临床症状好转。结论急性胆源性胰腺炎的声像图表现具有一定的特征性,超声诊断准确率高,重复性好,可作为疑似病例的常规首选诊断手段。
