摘要
介绍利用电磁场的分解来分析纵向非均匀光栅的方法。在此方法中,通过光栅后的散射场被按照两个相反方向分解为两个部分,然后利用传输格林函数近似求解。模拟计算结果证明该方法能较好地计算此类光栅。
An efficient method of analyzing the laterally periodic gratings which are inhomogeneous in the vertical direction by decomposing the field is presented. In the method, the scattered field is decomposed into two components propagating in opposite directions by using wave splitting approach. Then transmission Green function approach is used for calculating the coefficient matrices of the fields. Numerical results indicate that the coefficients of the field can be got easily, rapidly and exactly by using this method.
