摘要
提高全民健康素质是党中央在十六大确立的一项重要任务,这一新概念的提出是我党理论上的一个创新。医疗行业应结合自身行业特点在提高全民健康素质过程中发挥积极作用,为全面建设小康社会与和谐社会作出贡献。
Improvement of health quality of the whole people was established as one of the important tasks of chinese government at the sixteenth national congress of the communist party of China. The concept of health quality is a theoretical innovation of CPC.Hospitals should make contributions for well-off society in all round-way and harmonious society building by exerting its positive functions in improvement of health quality of the whole people based on its characters.
