汞和砷在麒麟菇菌丝体中的富集及对其生长的影响

摘要 研究了汞和砷等重金属在麒麟菇菌丝中的富集及对其生长的影响。结果表明:麒麟菇菌丝对Hg、As等重金属均有较强的富集作用.当培养基中重金属的浓度在0.5~5.0mg·kg^-1下.菌丝体中Hg的含量可比培养基高2.24~11.68倍,As的含量可比培养基高4.06~9.92倍。Hg对麒麟菇菌丝有明显的抑制作用,培养基中Hg的含量仅0.5mg·kg^-1就可抑制菌丝生长36.03%;培养基中As的含量在本试验浓度(o.5~5.omg·kg^-1)下对菌丝生长有促进作用。 The accumulation of heavy metals in mycelia of Qilingu and the effects of heavy metals on the growth of this fungus were investigated. The results showed that mycelia of Qilingu strongly concentrated Hg and As. When the heavy metals concentration in media were 0.5-5.0mg·kg^-1, Hg and As content in mycelia were 2.24-11.68 and 4.06-9.92 times higher than that in media respectively. Hg inhibited mycelia growth significantly, 0.5 mg·kg^-1 of Hg inhibited mycelia growth rate by 36.03%. Whereas, As promoted mycelia growth in the concentrations of 0.5-5.0 mg·kg^-1.
