汽车覆盖件冲压数值模拟分析及参数优选 被引量:7

摘要 针对汽车覆盖件尺寸大、厚度薄、形状复杂,以及在冲压生产过程中易产生的各种质量问题等特点,采用基于DYNAFORM软件的冲压过程模拟分析技术,来快速评估模具设计,及时消除设计缺陷,并给出修改方案.以典型汽车后围零件为例,对模拟得到的板料成形极限图(FLD图)、应力分布图和材料减薄图等进行分析,评估了模具设计质量,优选了工艺设计,得到了最佳冲压工艺参数. Aiming at the characteristics of auto body as large size, less depth and complex forming, and quality problems that frequently occur during practical stamping processes, the stamping process simulating many technique based on the software DYNAFORM has been adopted to rapidly access the die designs and eliminate design objections, and also to offer the perfectly modifying schemes. Meanwhile, taking the typical auto back body for example, die design quality has been accessed and the process design has been optimized from the analysis results after simulation such as sheet metal forming limited drawing (FLD), stress distributing drawing and sheet metal thinning drawing, and the best stamping process parameters is obtained.
