摘要
以20世纪中国发生的大地震所造成的人员死亡数目及其发生的规模和次数，分析了中国地震灾害的严峻性；分析了强烈地震引起城市破坏的主要原因；结合中国实际情况，提出了符合中国的减轻地震灾害对策。
Based on the death caused by the severe earthquake happened during 20^th century in China, both the serious earthquake situation and the main reasons cause severe damage to the city are analyzed; According the actual situation of China, the countermeasures to mitigate the earthquake damage are proposed.
