摘要
目的：分析住院病人退院现象的增多,找出医院管理环节中诸多不合理的因素,合理调配医院现有资源,加强医院整体管理水平,减少不正常退院现象的发生。
The increasing phenomenon of canceling hospitalization for the inpatients was analysed to find many unreasonable factors in the hospital management, to deploy the hospital existing resources rationally, to strengthen the integration management level in the hospital, and to decrease the appearance of abnormal canceling hospitalization.
