炎症反应中选择素粘附分子与配体间相互作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在炎症反应中,白细胞在内皮细胞上滚动由选择素分子与其配体分子相互作用所导致,选择素分子有3种,P选择素分子(P-selectin)、E选择素分子(E-selectin)、L选择素分子(L-selectin),选择素分子与其对应的P-选择素糖蛋白配体-1(PS- GL-1)的相互作用起着重要的作用。用等离子共振、流动腔、原子力显微镜等技术能定量分析选择素分子与其配体分子相互作用的动力学反应。 Leukoeytes roll along the endothelium of postcapillary venules in response to inflammatory and thrombotic processes. The selecfin family of cell adhesion molecules, which mediate the rolling of leukoeytes on blood vessel endothelium, are the P- selectin, E - selecfin and L- selecfin, It is very important for selectins to interact on their counterpart ligand--P- selectin glycoprotein ligand - 1 (PSGL - 1 ). Kinetics interactions between selectin and PSGL- 1 was extensively studied by using the state - of- the - art techniques such as surface plasma resonance, flow chamber, atomic force microscope (AFM) and so on.
