摘要
针对传统一步、单速搅拌工艺中存在的水泥颗粒粘聚和混凝土界面强度低的问题,提出了细、粗骨料分步投料和高、低速分步搅拌的双速搅拌工艺,分析了其对混凝土的强化拌和机理,并在理论分析和试验研究的基础上,确定了合理的砂浆和混凝土搅拌速度。结果表明:双速搅拌能够显著提高混凝土的匀质性和强度;双速先拌砂浆法是一种较佳的双速搅拌工艺,当砂浆搅拌速度为4.5m/s,混凝土搅拌速度为1.5m/s时,该工艺有较好的混凝土拌和质量。
Double-speed mixing technique was put forward to overcome the defects of cement agglomeration and low boundary strength of traditional mixing technique, which charged fine aggregate and coarse aggregate respectively and mixed them with high speed and low speed. Mixing mechanism of improving mixing process was analyzed, and rational mixing speed of mortar and concrete were recommended based on theoretical analysis and experimental research. The results indicate that double-speed mixing technique can improve the strength and uniformity of concrete. Primary mixing of motor with double speed is a better technique, and rational mortar mixing speed is 4.5m/sand concrete is 1.5m/s.
