摘要
敏捷制造是21世纪制造系统的发展策略。世界各国目前针对实现敏捷制造的制造系统模式及方法途径开展了广泛的研究探索工作。本文在研究探讨敏捷制造的主要特征及其对制造系统体系结构的要求的基础上,通过对制造系统体系结构演变过程的分析研究,指出合弄制造系统是实现敏捷制造的重要基础,同时也是特别适合我国国情的下一代制造系统模式。
Agile manufacturing is the manufacturing strategy toward the 21st century.The worldwide study is being aimed at the form of manufacturing system and the ways to realize agile manufacturing.Based on the discus- sion about the characters of agile manufacturing and its architectural requirements for manufacturing system,the investigation into the architectural evolution of manufac- turing system is made in this paper.It is found that Holonic Manufacturing System is the infrastructure real- ising agile manufacturing and the form of the next gener- ation manufacturing system which is specially suitable for China.
