摘要 分别从超滤管用于酶解酪蛋白测定的可行性、不同规格超滤管对酶解酪蛋白测定的影响、酶解酪蛋白的适宜添加量、酶解酪蛋白应用的动物试验步骤以及酶解酪蛋白测定效果等方面,对酶解酪蛋白方法测定猪回肠内源性氨基酸排泄量进行了综述。 In this paper, it was summarized that effectiveness of an ultrafiltration device, different sizes of an ultrafiltration device, the concentration of dietary enzyme-hydrolysed casein, animal trial process and results of using enzymehydrolysed casein, respectively, on enzyme-hydrolysed casein method for determining endogenous ileal amino acid excretion in the pig.
