阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征血管内皮细胞功能的研究 被引量:5

Investigation of vascular endothelial cell function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea/hyponea syndrome

摘要 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血管内皮细胞功能的变化。方法选取2003年9月至2005年8月浙江医院OSAHS患者90例,并健康对照者45例。分别用硝酸盐还原酶法、放射免疫均相竞争分析法和酶联免疫法测定患者及对照组血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和可溶性P-选择素(sP-sel)水平,以了解其内皮细胞功能的变化。结果健康对照组、OSAHS组与OSAHS合并心脑血管疾病组患者血浆NO分别为(83.26±47.74)μmol/L、(63.41±27.68)μmol/L和(59.59±34.19)μmol/L;ET-1分别为(58.49±15.02)ng/L、(71.56±23.33)ng/L和(89.01±44.87)ng/L;sP-sel也明显上升,分别为(32.90±55.73)mg/L、(131.13±77.93)mg/L和(160.83±125.45)mg/L。OSAHS患者血浆NO明显降低,ET-1、sP-sel明显上升,OSAHS合并心脑血管疾病组ET-1质量浓度与OSAHS组相比亦明显增高。结论OSAHS患者无论是否合并心脑血管疾病,均存在明显的血管内皮细胞功能障碍。 Objective To investigate the changes of vascular endothelial cell function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea / hyponea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods Blood concentration of nitric oxide ( NO), endothelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ) and soluble P- selectin (sP- sel) and the markers of vascular endothelial cell function were determined by nitrate reductase (NO), radioimmunoassay (ET- 1 ) and enzyme - linked immunoassay (sP - sel), respectively, Results Compared with healthy controls [ (83.26 ±47.74) μmol/L, (58.49 ± 15.02) pg/mL and (32. 90 ±55.73) μg/ mL, respectively] , the levels of NO, ET- 1 and sP- sel both in patients without cardiovascular disease [ (63.41 ± 27.68) μmol/L, (71.56 ±23.33) pg/mL and (131.13 ±77.93) μg/mL, respectively. P〈0.05] and in those with cardiovascular disease [ (59. 59 ±34. 19) μmol/L, (89. 01 ±44. 87) pg/mL and (160. 83 ± 125.45) μg/mL, respectively. P 〈 0. 05 ] were significantly changed. Conclusion OSAHS patients, whether complicated by cardiovascular diseases or not, have significant vascular endothelial cell dysfunction.
