摘要 1998年长江特大洪水后,为满足长江防洪规划和堤防建设的需要,对长江干堤进行了大规模的测绘,其中包括大堤纵、横断面测量、地形测量和施工测量。为保证测量资料的延续性,满足规范和施工要求,长江堤防选用了多种平面坐标系。对坐标系选取原则和方法,各种坐标系之间的关系进行了论述;重点讨论了任意带坐标系(挂靠1954年北京坐标系)技术问题和建立方法。 After the catastrophic flood in the Yangtze river in 1998,in order to meet the need of the flood control planning and dyke construction of the Yangtze river,large-scale surveys of mainstream dykes of the river were conducted,including the longitudinal profile survey,cross-section survey,topographic survey and construction survey of the dykes.In order to guarantee the subsequent use of the surveyed data,and meet the need of specification and construction,several plane coordinate systems were selected for the Yangtze river dykes.This paper expounds the principles and methods among various coordinate systems,with the focus on discussing technical problems of arbitrary zonal coordinate systems and the methods for establishing the coordinate systems.
