通过对某公司2004年同期成立的西部5家分公司外部环境和经营成果的比较分析,总结得出西部市场的特征和发展机遇就是,西部欠发达地区市场竞争主体较少、市场保护较好、投入产出比高,尚存在短时间的低成本快速扩张的机会,是很好的“露天金矿;”具体到某机构能否健康发展与班子的配备、发展思路和策略密切相关,可以因地制宜采用差异化的策略和竞争模式。西部保险业加速发展一要发挥舆论先行的引导作用,二要走出当地去招商引资,三要激发保险企业的超前意识和眼光。
By analyzing the achievement and external environment of 5 branches set up in 2004, it finds out the characteristics of the western market: the less competitive companies, better market, the high ratio of investment to producing. Besides, the low cost can be expanded in short time. The healthy development of a company is closely related with the management staff, development ideas and the tactics. Therefore, the different tactics and competitive model can be applied accordingly.With the occurrence of new issues in the current competition of insurance market, the article tries to analyze the competence of insurance companies and provide constructive suggestion to the strategic choice of insurance companies.
