摘要
目的 了解城区孕妇和0—2岁儿童碘营养状况,发现碘营养不良个体,改善碘营养状况,为制定相应的干预措施提供科学依据。方法 采集孕妇和0—2岁儿童尿样。采用酸消化砷-铈接触法测定尿碘。结果 孕妇尿碘中位数178.76μg/L,0—2岁儿童尿碘中位数230.21μg/L,有55.64%的孕妇和18.95%的0—2岁儿童碘营养不足;0。2岁儿童碘营养状况性别无差别;孕妇中晚孕期碘营养状况偏低;非母乳喂养影响婴儿碘营养不足。结论 做好对母婴碘营养监测,及时发现碘营养不良个体,采取科学补碘措施,预防缺碘对母婴造成的危害非常必要。
Objective To understand iodine nutrition condition of the pregnant women and children of 0 -2 years old in Jiaozuo City , discover the iodine malnutrition individual, improve iodine nutrition condition, provide scientific evidence for making corresponding intervention measures. Methods Urinary specimens of the pregnant women and children of 0 - 2 years old were collected to detect urinary iodine by way of the contact of acid digestion arsenic - cerium. Results The median of urinary iodine of pregnant women was 178.76 μg/L,while the median of urinary iodine of children of 0 - 2 years old was 230.21 μg/L. It was found 55.64% of pregnant women and 18.9% of children of 0 -2 years old with iodine malnutrition. There was no difference of the iodine nutrition condition of children of 0 - 2 years old children in sex. The iodine nutrition condition was low in late gestation period. The baby without feeding by mother -milk could cause iodine malnutrition. Conclusions In order to prevent maters and infants from iodine deficiency, it is necessary to complete the surveillance of mater - infant iodine nutrition, promptly discover the iodine malnutrition individual and supply the iodine scientifically.
