摘要
目的研究骨髓移植后,患肝硬化SD大鼠的肝功能的缓解情况。方法复制SD大鼠肝硬化模型,设空白组,给药组和移植组,比较肝功能的差异。结果三个组的血液生化和病理指标无显著差异。结论骨髓移植对肝脏的改善作用可能抵消了其损害作用。
Objective To study the liver function of the SD rats which were ill with hepatocirrhosis after bone marrow transplant. Methods Copy hepatic cirrhosis model of SD rats, and take them to three groups ： blank team, medication administration team, explantation team. Compare the difference of liver function of them. Results The blood biochemistry and pathological index ard no significant deviation difference. Conclusion The amelioration of bone marrow transplant maybe counteract damage of bone marrow transplant
