摘要
文章简要讲述了学科馆员制的产生、发展及其内涵,指出高校建立学科馆员制度的必要性及紧迫性,并结合实际,就如何有效实施学科馆员制度提出对策和措施。
The paper states briefly the beginning , development and connotation of subject librarian. Based on the practice , the author points out the necessity and imminence about establishing subject librarian system, puts forward the measures on how to carry it out efficiently.
