摘要
在美国,法律电影与美国司法审判与纠纷解决实践紧密结合,具有鲜明的大众法律文化的特征。许多好莱坞法律电影正是通过法律个案的通俗分析以阐释和表达美国大众的法律文化观。在法律电影视域下,不仅能帮助我们了解美国法律职业的和普通大众的关于法律文化的话语层面和价值取向,而且也能比较直观地了解美国大众法律文化及其特性的表达。
American legal film is closely related to the court trial and conflict resolvement , which expresses the public concept of legal culture by analyzing the single case . Through viewing jurisprudential movie, we not only understand the profundity and value orientation of legal culture between American professional and general population, but also directly understand the American legal culture and its character characteristics in legal film.
