摘要 采用表面修饰化学法制备了豆油脂肪酸修饰的二氧化钛纳米微粒,对所制备的纳米微粒通过红外光谱进行了结构表征。将二氧化钛纳米微粒作为润滑油添加剂,加入液体石蜡中,利用四球试验机考察其摩擦学性能。试验结果表明,有机基团修饰的二氧化钛纳米微粒具有优良的分散性,可提高液体石蜡的抗磨性和承载能力;加有表面修饰的二氧化钛纳米微粒的液体石蜡磨斑直径减少了39%,承载能力能够提高1倍以上。 Bean oil acid capped titanium dioxide nanoparticles were prepared using modification method. The structure of the prepared product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The tribological properties of the product as additives in liquid paraffin were examined with four-ball machine. The results show that the prepared product has good dispersity in liquid paraffin , and increases antiwear ability and load-carrying capacity. The wear scar diameter of containing 0. 4% nanoparticles is reduced by 39% as compared to that under the lubrication of the liquid paraffin alone, while the load-carrying capacity is increased to over 1.0 times.
