摘要
研究了油酸、三乙醇胺、环氧丙烷不同的比例及反应顺序对产物性能的影响。结果表明,油酸和三乙醇胺反应后再与环氧丙烷反应,且比例为1∶3∶3(摩尔比)时,其产物与油酸三乙醇胺相比消泡性可以大幅提高,并且其防锈性、减摩抗磨性也有一定程度提高,生物降解性良好。
The effect of reaction order and the proportion of the oleic acid, triethanolamin and epoxy propane on the product' s property was studied. The result shows that with the reaction order of oleic acid, triethanolamin and epoxy propane and the proportion of 1:3:3 (mol), the product's defoaming property is increased greatly, the anti-rust property and fiction-reduction property are elevated to some extent, and the biodegradability property is well.
