摘要
通过动态纤维热机械仪、纤维强伸仪、摩擦因数仪、比电阻仪、扫描电子显微镜等仪器研究了聚酯短纤维二元油剂对纤维性能的影响,发现油剂水溶液在快速润湿纤维表面的同时,也浸入纤维与纤维之间的空隙,从而导致纤维之间的摩擦因数发生改变并促使纤维非结晶部分的分子链段运动,纤维产生形变。纤维表面性能受纤维含油率和环境条件的影响很大。聚酯短纤维含油率应控制在0·15%~0·25%为宜。当湿度一定时,温度升高,纤维的平滑性和抱合性均提高;增加湿度,有利于提高纤维的抗静电性,但纤维的平滑性和抱合性均下降。
With the help of the dynamic fiber thermo-mechanical analysis, the force and elongation analysis, friction factor analysis, volume resistance analysis and scanning electron microscopy, the influence of binary oil on the properties of PET staple fiber is studied. When the fiber surface is moisturized rapidly by oil solution, the oil also penetrated into the pores between fibers, which results in the change of fiber friction factor, movement of the molecular chain of non-crystalline region, and deformation of fiber. The surface properties of fiber mainly depend on oil pick up (OPU) and environment conditions. The OPU of PET staple fiber should be controlled in the range of 0.15% -0.25 %. When the humidity is constant,the smoothness and cohesiveness of the fiber increase with the rising temperature ; increasing the humidity improves the antistatic property of the fiber but decreases its smoothness and cohesiveness.
