摘要
本文论述了网络信息资源配置的概念及目标,配置过程中存在的突出问题,重点研究了信息技术对网络信息资源配置的影响,分析了三种目前比较有效的网络信息资源组织和配置的技术方法,体现了信息资源有效配置对信息技术的依赖。
This paper discusses the concept and aim of network information resources allocation the problem of network information resources allocation , and the impact of information technology on network information resources allocation , analyses three technologies which can organize and allocate the network information resources effectively.
