摘要
研究了不确定条件下的供应链协调机制。在此供应链模型中,生产商以成本最小为目标确定最佳的定货量和惩罚成本,供应商以使其利润最大化的额外生产能力作为响应策略。采用了结合蒙特卡洛模拟的遗传算法进行了仿真计算,结果表明这种供应链协调机制的有效性。
The coordination mechanism of supply chain with uncertain delivery is studied. In the model of supply chain, producer is certain of the optimal order quantity and penalty cost policy for minimizing his cost, while the supplier responds with the optimal extra capacity policy for maximizing his profit. Genetic algorithm with MCS (Monte Carlo Simulation) is applied in the supply chain model. The simulation solution shows that this kind of supply chain coordination mechanism is effective.
