摘要
通过正交试验方法,阐述激素、温度、糖度及光照诸因素对马铃薯试管薯形成的影响.结果表明:在黑暗条件下,所试品种选用MS+6BA0.5mg/L+60g/L蔗糖,18℃,最适宜试管薯形成.
The induction of potatoes in vitro tubers is studied in the liquid media containing different hormones and different concentration sucrose and in different temperatures and light cycles through or thogonal design experiment. The results show that MS medium adding 6BA0. 5mg/L and sucrose 60g/L, the temperature at 18C and the dark condition are optimum for the induction of potatoes in vitro tubers.
