摘要
用医用头孢唑啉钠、青霉素钠两种抗生素,以不同的处理方法和不同的浓度处理在继代培养中被芽孢杆菌污染的葡萄试管苗。结果表明:对芽孢杆菌的抑制作用,青霉素钠优于头孢唑啉钠,添加处理优于浸泡处理,并且添加处理中培养基灭菌前加与灭菌后加抑制效果差异极显著。培养基中的药剂浓度在0~50mg/L之间能显著抑制芽孢杆菌的发生,并能促进植株生长;浓度大于50mg/L,对植株的生长有明显的抑制作用。所以灭菌前添加青霉素钠溶液,配成药剂浓度为50mg/L的改良B5培养基有利于防止芽孢杆菌的发生,并能促进植株的生长。
Two species antibiotics that the efazolin and the penicillin sodium deal with the grape test tube plantlet contaiminated subculture by defferent method and concentration. The result showed that effect to Bacillus lenlus,the penicillin sodium better than the cefazolin,increase a processing to surpass to soak a processing,and increase to handle medium that the diversity of repress effect salience best that add antibiotic before sterilization contrast after sterilization.Bacillus lenlus can be repressed best when the medicament density within medium between the 0-50 mg/L,and can promote the plant grow,the density surpasses the 50 mg/L,having to the growth of the plant to repress a function obviously.So increase the penicillin sodium before sterilization,confect the improvement B5 medium that medicament density is 50 mg/L can promote the plant grow and prevent Bacillus lenlus effectively.
