摘要
应对艾滋病已成为各国政府必须面对的一个严峻问题与难题。政府、市场、非政府公共组织在应对艾滋的公共服务中都发挥着重要作用。文章借鉴国内一些针对不同人群、不同类型、不同发展程度的社区中心的经验,对针对女性性工作的基于社区层面的公共服务提供的定位、运作原则以及面临的风险及挑战进行了初步探讨。
HIV/AIDS despondence is emerged as a urgent and challengeable issue in the world. Government, market and NGOs play different important roles in the face of HIV/AIDS. Based on the ease which study on the community - based public service provided to the female commercial sex workers, this paper primarily explored and discussed the role, functional and raanagement principle, as well as the possible challenge and responding strategies of the women wellness center service in China.
