摘要 研究了PP/LLDPE/炭黑导电复合材料的性能以及工艺条件对材料导电性能的影响。结果表明:炭黑分散照片显示复合体系中炭黑的质量含量为8%时,材料具有较好的导电性;当热处理温度为120℃,热处理时间为10m in,体系可以获得较好的导电性,模压温度对复合材料的电性能影响不大,取180℃为宜。 The properties of PP/LLDPE/Carbon Black composite and the effect of process on the conductive properties of the composite were studied. The test results showed that the composite had better conductive property when 8% content of carbon black were added into the polymers. The conductive property of composite was increased when heat treatment time at 120℃ was 10min. The molding temperature had no evident effect on the conductive property and 180℃ was appropriate.
