铁路信息化是铁路未来发展的制高点。兰州铁路局坚持科技兴局的发展战略,将信息技术应用于运输生产、运输调度体制的变革、客货营销,提高了运输效率和服务质量。在信息化的关键技术和基础软件方面,研发出适用的各类应用系统,将信息技术应用于企业管理,提高了企业管理水平;利用信息技术强化现场控制,提高了路局直管站段后基层站段的独立作业能力。同时,推进理念创新、观念更新,加快网络统一规划建设,构筑统一共享平台,实现资源共享;推进机制创新,努力打造一支适应信息化建设的高素质队伍。
Information technology is the terminal of railway development. Lanzhou Railway Administration applies information technology to the reform of transport production and transport dispatching system, and passenger and freight marketing, which helps enhance transport efficiency and service quality. In aspects of key tech. and basic software, it developed application systems of every sorts, applying information technology to enterprise management, and to intensify site control. Meanwhile, Lanzhou Railway Administration boosts idea innovation, accelerates unified network plan, and builds up sharing platform to realize resources sharing.
