摘要
为了提高色谱柱温箱的温度控制精度,改善温度飞升曲线,通过对现有温度控制系统及方法的研究,结合模糊控制理论及相应方法,提出了双模糊控制理论,并应用于传统PID温度控制系统内;利用两级模糊控制规则,即大范围模糊控制和模糊自适应整定PID控制,大幅度改善了控制器的动、静态性能,降低了温控调节过程中的波动,减少了加热的收敛时间,提高了柱温箱的响应速度和温度精度。
The paper studied a new double fuzzy control system which is applied on the traditional PID temperature control system. The double level control principle, wide-range fuzzy control principle and adaptive fuzzy PID control principle greatly amend the static and dynamic performance of the system and restrain the rebound of the heating process. The convergence time, response speed and the precision of the heater are totally improved.
