摘要
介绍了华能高井热电厂1号、2号机组通流部分改造中,低压通流部分蜂窝式汽封的应用情况,其具体应用部位是低压前后轴封各4道、低压隔板汽封8道、次末级及次次末级叶顶汽封各2道。通过汽封改造,解决了低压前后轴封漏汽真空低问题,增强了叶顶汽封的去湿效果,提高了机组运行的经济性和安全性。
The application situation of honeycomb type steam seal gland in LP flow passage during the retrofit of flow passage for unit no.1 and 2 in Beijing Gaojing Thermal Power Plant has been presented.The concrete positions of application are as follows: four pieces for shaft seal gland before and after the low-pressure cylinder;eight pieces for steam seal gland of LP diaphragm;two pieces for blade top steam seal gland of the secondary final-stage and it's next final stage.Through retrofit of steam seal glands,the leakage problem of shaft seal gland before and after the LP cylinder,and the low vacuum problem have been solved,strengthening the dehumidifying effect of the blade top steam seal gland,heigtening the economic behavior and safety in operation of unit.
