摘要
采用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法,邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了黑果枸杞提取物的抗氧化作用。结果表明,不同溶剂的黑果枸杞提取物对自由基均有一定的清除作用,对羟自由基(·OH)的清除率60%乙醇>95%乙醇>丙酮>含盐酸0.5%的95%乙醇;对超氧阴离子(O2·-)自由基的清除率95%乙醇>60%乙醇>含盐酸0.5%的95%乙醇>丙酮。该结果提示黑果枸杞的提取物具有抗氧化的作用。
The method of phenanthrolion-Fe^2+ reaction system and pyrogallol autoxidation system were used to measure the antioxidant activity of the extract from Lycium Ruthenicum Mum The results showed that all the extracts from Lycium Ruthenicum Murr obtained by different solvents had scavenging effects. The scavenging percentage on hydroxyl radical (·OH)decreases in order of 60%ethanol 〉95%ethanol 〉aceton 〉 95% ethanol in 0.5% HCI, The scavenging percentage on superoxide radical (O2·^- )decreases in order of 95% ethanol 〉60% ethanol 〉95% ethanol in 0.5% HCI 〉 aceton. It was demonstrated that the extracts from Lycium Ruthenicum Murr had significant antioxidant activity.
